Mix together and bring to a boil for each quart:
1 cup white vinegar
2 cups water
1/3 canning salt

Put into jars with sliced or spears of cucumbers:
1 small hot pepper
1/2 tsp. horseradish
2-3 sprigs of fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together vinegar, water and canning salt and bring to a boil. Pack cucumbers tightly into jars. Add to each quart, pepper, horseradish, dill. Pour hot vinegar and water mixture over cucumbers and seal. Let stand at least two weeks before opening.
