1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 package softened cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 large package vanilla instant pudding
1 small package chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 Hershey bar

Directions:
Mix together with fork margarine, flour, nuts. Press into 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool.

Mix 1 package softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar. Add 1 cup cool whip. Spread over crust.

Mix 1 large package vanilla instant pudding and 1 small package chocolate instant pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Spread the rest of the 13-ounce tube of cool whip over pudding. Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 grated Hershey bar. Chill.
