5 Whole Jalapeños (Jarred, Drained)
1 Pound Shredded Sharp Cheddar
1 Medium Onion, Quartered
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Pecans, Chopped
Tortilla Chips

DIRECTIONS:

1. Remove tops and seeds from jalapeños

2. In large bowl lightly toss the jalapeños with cheese, onion and garlic

3. Using a food processor, finely grate jalapeños mixture (if it gets too dry, start adding the mayonnaise.

4. Add rest of mayonnaise. Mix well with spatula.

5. Chill until firm; form into ball.

6. Roll in chopped pecans.

7. Serve with chips.
