24 mint Oreo cookies crushed
1/3 c melted butter or margarine
4 c. whole strawberries or raspberries or mix
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c water
1/4 c cornstarch
2 c. whipping cream
2 c. mini marshmallows
strawberries for garnishing
Directions:
Directions:
press the crushed cookies and butter into a 9-in. pan. Chill until firm. In lg saucepan, combine berries, sugar,water and cornstarch. Cook and stir over med. heat until thickened. Cool in the frig. Spread cooled mixture over cookie base. Fold whip cream and mini marshmellows together. Spread over mixture. Refrigerate to set. Garnish with whole berries.
