Strawberry Bread Recipe

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 c. strawberries - cut into large slices (may use more berries for moiser bread)

1. Beat eggs, sugar and add oil and vanilla.

2. Mix in flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix well.

3. Add berries and mix well - 1 min.

4. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.

--Can also use frozen berries, drained.
You can also uses raspberries when in season.
