3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. pumpkin

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 T. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease cookie sheet, line with wax paper, grease & flour paper. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg and salt. Beat eggs & sugar until thick & fluffy. Beat in pumpkin. Stir in dry ingredients all at once. Pour into prepared pan & spread evenly, sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 15 min. @ 375. Loosen cake around edges & invert onto a clean, damp towel dusted with powdered sugar. Remove wax paper. Trim edges, roll up the long way. cool on wire rack.
Mix ingredients well. Unroll pumpkin roll and spread cream cheese mixture. Roll into shape and chill. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
