5 lbs.potaoes-cubed.
2 1/2 c miracle whip.
3 T sweet white wine.
1 T dry mustard.
1/4 c sugar(or to taste).
small amount of milk to form creamy consistency.
salt and pepper to taste.
2 bunches scallions -chopped.
1 c celery-chopped.
1 bunch radishes-chopped.
12 hard boiled eggs-sliced or chopped.

Mix together:miracle whip.dry mustard,milk,sugar,wine,salt and pepper.

In large bowl combine:potatoes,scallions,celery,radishes.

add miracle whip mixture...fold in eggs.

cover and refrigerate till ready to serve.
