1 lb. ground beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni

1 Tbsp. parsley, dehydrated or fresh
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar

1 c. grated cheddar cheese (divided)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 lb. twist macaroni
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large skillet, except cheddar cheese, macaroni, tomato soup and bread crumbs.

Brown meat mixture, stirring frequently, mixing all ingredients.

When meat is slightly browned, add soup and 1/2 cup of cheese; simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil 1/2 lb. of macaroni according to package directions. Drain and mix with meat mixture.

Place in two-quart casserole dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Sprinkle top with seasoned bread crumbs.

Bake in a 350º oven for approximately 20-25 minutes.
