2 sticks oleo
1 cup water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing: 1 stick oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. buttermilk

Directions:
Put 2 sticks oleo, 1 cup water, 4 Tbsp. cocoa in pan and bring to a boil. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add boiling mixture and the following ingredients: 2 eggs ,1/2 cup buttermilk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix until well blended and pour into foil lined sheet cake pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Icing: Bring icing ingredients to a boil for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar (about 1 box), 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup pecans. Spread over warm cake.
