Ingredients for a double recipe:
2 cups margarine
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
6 cups Quick Oatmeal
Raisins/Nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Creme margarine, sugars, eggs, vanilla. Add to dry ingredients - flour, soda, salt, oatmeal. Mix together add nuts/raisins if desire. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet - bake at 350º until lightly brown. Cool on wire rack.
