6-8 slices bread
1- 8oz. pkg shredded Colby Cheese
1- 8oz pkg Velvetta Cheese
3 cups milk
6 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 libs. ham, bacon, or sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red/green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of 9"x13" baking dish and line with bread. Top with meat, grated cheese (save some for top) onions, and peppers. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º - 55 minutes the next morning. Perfect with coffee cake, rolls and fruit.
