Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup apple cider
1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese (2 cups)
1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
1 cup melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with mixer in large bowl until smooth. Slowly beat in cider, Swiss and cheddar cheeses and melted margarine. Continue beating until fluffy. Pack in a buttered 3-cup bowl, mounding top. Chill overnight. For best flavor, let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. This spread keeps well and can be made 2-3 days ahead. Serve with your choice of crackers.

Several hours before serving, loosen cheese around edges with a small sharp knife, trimming away edges to shape like an apple. Press a fresh apple stem into top and dust with paprika.
