1 cup diced apples
1 cup diced celery
1 cup grapes
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup diced Swiss cheese

DRESSING:
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
8-10 apple cups or lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine grapes, apples, celery, walnuts and cheese. Combine whipped cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well. Fold dressing into salad. Chill and serve in apple cups.

To make apple cups, cut off stem ends of apples and hollow out cups using sharp knife. Brush with lemon juice, wrap in plastic film and refrigerate till ready to serve.
