2 T. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. water
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 T. wheat germ
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in bowl until well blended. Spoon batter into pans. Muffin cups should be about 2/3 full. Place pans in 350º oven. Bake muffins about 20 minutes. Can bake 2 loaf pans about 45-50 minutes. They are done when top is golden and toothpick stuck into center comes out clean.
