1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups vanilla
2 cups oatmeal (quick)
2 cup cornflakes, crushed
1 cup coconut

Cream butter with sugars; add one egg at a time, beating after each addition. Add the flour to which has been added the baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly. Add vanilla. Add oatmeal, then cornflakes, then coconut.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes until just browned nicely.
