10 lbs. potatoes
3 large raw onions
1 egg for each person being served
1 - 2 T. flour
Salt, Pepper and nutmeg

GRIND potatoes and onions. Add eggs, beat well and add flour and spices.

Fry in very hot iron skillet greased with shortening (Not Butter). Cook until done on each side (I like them crisp). You will need to add more shortening after a few batches of the pancakes.

This was one of my Daddy's best meals - He used to stand for hours cooking this for us. YUM!!!
