2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. salt
2 t. cornstarch
3/4 t. baking soda
1 c. Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
2 1/2 c. powdered milk
Directions:
Directions:
Sift powdered sugar, salt, cornstarch, baking soda and cocoa. Mix in powdered milk. Store in a jar or canister. When ready to use, put 1/2 c. of mix in a mug, add 1 c. hot milk, stir and enjoy!
