22 whole Jalapeños (or for less hot, I use Anaheim peppers)
1 - 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1c shredded parmesan cheese
1 lb mild pork sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers in half and deseed and clean out the inside. Set aside. (Use gloves)
Brown sausage in skillet, drain grease.
In medium mixing bowl combine sausage and cheeses, mix well.
Stuff pepper halves with mixture.
Place on large cookie sheet and bake @ 450º - 475º for 15 - 20 minutes.
