2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups fresh, whole cranberries
2 cups chopped apples, peeled
1 cup chopped walnuts
Confectioner's Sugar

Directions:

Butter a 10-cup bundt pan
Mix the dry ingredients
Beat oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients and blend well.
Add cranberries, apples and walnuts.
Batter will be stiff! Scrape into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. **Check this at 55 minutes! It probably won't take the whole time to bake.**
