Saute:
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp. olive oil
Add:
1 4 oz can green chiles
15 oz Italian stewed tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. hot sauce

Simmer 20 minutes. In small bow, combine 4 tbsp. flour and 1/2 cup water and whisk into soup. Bring to a boil then simmer. Add 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed and cooked. Stir in 1/3 cup non fat sour cream, salt and pepper. Cut store bought corn tortillas into 1/4 inch strips and spray with non-stick vegetable oil spray. Bake in 400º oven for 10 minutes until crispy and then use to garnish soup.
