4 baking potatoes
4 Tbs. margarine
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 350. Remove potatoes from oven; cut top off potatoes and scoop center of potatoes into a bowl. Set potato shells aside.
Mix ingredients with potato mixture using an electric mixer. Mix until smooth. Add milk if needed to thin mixture. Spoon mixture into shells. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
