1 (12 oz.) can white shoepeg corn
1 (10 oz.) can French cut green beans
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
salt/pepper to taste
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain corn and green beans. Mix first eight ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish. Mix crackers and margarine. Spread crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
