4 potatoes peel & dice
2 T. butter
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
2 c. water
1 can whole kernel corn or pkg. frozen
2 c. diced cooked ham
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 tsp. flour
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large saucepan melt butter. Add onion and green pepper, cook till tender. Add potatoes, water and seasonings. Simmer till potatoes are done.

2. Make paste of flour and 1/2c. water. Add to potato mixture. Add milk and cook till slightly thickened.

3. Stir in undrained corn and diced ham. Heat through.
