4 cups rolled oatmeal
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
Then choose any you like from the lists below::
1. 1/2 cup almonds, pecans or walnuts
2. 1 cup raisins or craisins
3. 1 cup sunflower seeds
4. 1/2 cup wheat germ

Mix oatmeal, oil, honey or syrup, and nuts. Spread in a lined jelly roll pan and bake 10 minutes at 375. Stir and bake 10 more minutes and then repeat one more time. A total of 30 minutes cooking time. After you removed from oven add the other ingredients.

I have found this is one thing you can tailor to your likes or dislikes and it is wonderful everytime. This would be great served with Honey Vanilla Fruit Dip.
