Ingredients:  
1 lb pounded round beef
Bread cubes-1 loaf+
salt and pepper to taste
1-1/2 c shredded cheese
3 tbsp oil
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c cut onion
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into 2 x 1/4 strips. Brown meat in hot oil in skillet. Season. Add onion, water and soup. Mix with bread. Put into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top and return to oven until cheese melts.
You can use chicken instead of the beef.
