6-8 potatoes
5 green onions
1 can cream chicken soup
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Crushed crackers or corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes to tender cool, cut into small pieces. In a separate bowl mix: butter (melted) soup, cheese, sour cream and onions. Butter a baking dish, mix potatoes with cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 min. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and bake for 15 minutes more.

These are wonderful potatoes we all love! I sometimes use mushroom soup instead of chicken.
