4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup packed bread crumbs
4 Tablespoons butter
1 cup onion
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
3 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cardamom

1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cans beef broth
1 cup light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, eggs, bread in a large bowl. Saute onion in butter, add to bread crumbs, along with meat, salt, and spices. Mix and refrigerate till well chilled. Shape into meatballs. Brown on all sides. Drain all but 1/4 cup drippings stir in flour and salt, add broth, bring to boil, add cream and dill weed, and pepper. Pour over meat balls and bake at 325 degrees till heated through
