3 med. potatoes, diced
2 strips bacon, diced ( or equal amt of salt pork)
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans corn niblets
2 cans cream style corn
1 qt. 1/2 & 1/2 , or whole milk or a combination of the two , or 2% milk
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil 3 med. diced potatoes, until tender, but not mushy. Drain. In a 8 qt. pan, fry 2 strips of diced bacon until crisp. Add 1 med chopped onion and saute until soft. Drain any excess grease. Add 2 can corn niblets and 2 can cream style corn. Add 1 qt. 1/2 & 1/2 or whole milk or a combination of two. ( I use 1/2 2 % milk and 1/2 whole milk for a lighter version).
Heat on low, careful not to scorch. Add salt & pepper to taste
