1 1/2 to 2 pounds flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground or fresh ginger
2 tablespoons oil

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate steak for several hours in mixture of soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and oil. Score steak across the grain. Cook on grill for 6 minutes on each side for rare. Slice thinly on a diagonal and serve.
