4 boneless pork loin chops
2 T. olive oil
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Hot cooked noodles, opt.

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook pork chops in oil until browned on both sides, about 8 min. Add the onions; cook until tender. Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar and salt; pour over pork chops.

2. Cover and simmer until the meat is tender, about 15 min. Serve over noodles if desired.
