1 1/2 lb Fully Cooked Ham
1 small sweet white onion
1 seeded red or green bell pepper, remove white interior rinds and finely chop
1 1/4 c mayonnaise
3 tbsp Grey Poupon
1/4 c finely chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Remove ham from packaging and rinse. Cut off rind.

Finely chop ham by hand, like Nana, OR cube and pulse in food processor.

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then it is ready to serve.
