6 oz spaghetti
2 tsp butter/margarine
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 lb ground beef or turkey
8 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir together spaghetti, butter/margarine, eggs and Parmesan. Form into 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over spag mixture. Cook ground meat with onions and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt. Heat thoroughly on stove top.

Pour meat mixture over spaghetti crust. Bake uncovered for 20 mins. @ 350º. Top with Motz and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
