6 pork loin chops
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 cup beef broth
1 Tbls BBQ sauce
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup sour cream
3 Tbls flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chops w/ salt and pepper. Spray skillet w/ non-stick coating spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops, cover and cook 2-3 minutes on each side.

Combine 1/2 cup broth and BBQ sauce; mix well. Pour over chops; cover. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 5-10 minutes until pork is no longer pink in center. Remove pork from skillet and cover to keep warm.

Combine remaining 1/4 cup broth, milk, sour cream and flour. Beat with a whisk until smooth. Pour into same skillet. Cook & stir over med-high heat until thickened - making sure not to burn. Serve sauce over chops.
