1 lb. bulk pork sausage
onions and green peppers finely chopped
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 C frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 C sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
5 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 C milk
Parmesan cheese

In skillet, cook onions, green peppers, and sausage until browned. Drain fat. Separate crescent dough into eight triangles. Place in an ungreased 12" pizza pan, with points towards the center; seal perforations. Spoon cooked sausage mix over crust. Sprinkle with thawed hash browns. Top with cheese. In bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over all. Bake 375º for 20-30 min.
