1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup lime juice
1/8 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup honey

Mix all in blender. Put honey in last - it will mix better and not stay in the bottom.
I tend to put in a little more lime juice and a little less oil.
