2 large cans of chunk pineapple, partly drained
1 cup sugar
5 Tbs. flour
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tube crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Pour pineapple in greased baking dish. Mix flour and sugar and pour over pineapple. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix margarine and crushed crackers and spread on top of mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
