1 cup flour
2/3 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add water then dry ingredients. Dip fish or chicken into tempura. Fry in hot skillet with a little oil. Let steam on low. Serve with sliced lemons.
