1 1/2 packs Saltine crackers
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
1. Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil and grease well.
2. Make one layer of crackers on the cookie sheet.
3. Melt butter and sugar; pour over the crackers.
4. Bake about 5 minutes; remove from oven and spread chocolate chips over crackers. They will melt as they spread.
5. Sprinkle with nuts; refrigerate. Cut and serve when cool.
