3 eggs
4 c. okra, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 pkg. corn bread mix
1/4 c. oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sage
salt and pepper to taste
2 med tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in large bowel; add okra and stir well. Sprinkle in corn bread mix and coat well. In heavy skillet, heat oil. Put in okra, onions, and green pepper. Fry until done. Add spices and chopped tomatoes. Heat a few more minutes and serve.
