8 ~ 10 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 pkgs. of Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
(make according to package directions)
1 lb. box of Town House Crackers finely crushed
2 sticks of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Melt a stick of butter in each of two 13 x 9 pans.
Dip each chicken breast into the Ranch dressing and then coat with the cracker crumbs.
Place the chicken breasts in the pans and bake for 30 minutes, then using a spatula flip the breasts over and bake about another 15 minutes or until juices run clear in the center.
