2 / 10 Oz jar apricot preserves
1/2 C Green tabasco sauce
3 T Fresh lime rind
4 Pork Chops
S & P

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl mix apricot jam, Tabasco sauce and lime rind.

Place Pork chops in a baking dish. Season chops with salt and pepper and grill or bake pork chops, until browned on both sides.

Pour apricot / tabasco mixture on top of chops and cook until done. About 25 minutes, depending on thickness of chop.





Serve chops with glaze on top.
