3/4 cup real maple syrup
2 Tbls ketchup
1 Tbls brown sugar
1 Tbls cider vinegar
1 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 salmon fillet/or several serving size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Place fish in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Coat grill with non-stick spray. Grill 2-4 minutes on each side. Place on foil brush with marinade several more times while cooking 5-6 minutes longer or until fish is flakey.

I often grill the whole time on the foil. Turns out just as good.
