16 oz mesculin mix or spring greens
1/3 c toasted pine nuts
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/2 c crumbled gorgonzola (bleu) cheese

1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
1/4 balsamic vinegar
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T sugar

Combine dressing ingredients in blender. Place greens in large bowl, top with nuts, berries, and cheese. Top with dressing just before serving.
