1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
1 small can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)

Directions:
Melt carmels with canned milk over double boiler. Make mix as directed. Pour 1/2 batter in prepared bundt pan (very well greased and floured). Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Pour carmal, nuts and chips over. Pour on remaining batter. Bake about 40 minutes longer. Cool until almost completely cooled. Cut around pan, then invert on serving plate.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a wonderful cake, but has a tendency to split at the carmel layer when removing from the pan. Letting it cool almost completely helps with this.
