1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 - 14 oz cans chicken broth
3 - 16 oz jars white Great Northern beans
2 C finely chopped onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 - 4 oz can green chiles with liquid
2 heaping tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1-2 dashes hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken at 350º 1/2 hour. Chop into bite size pieces.
In large pot, put broth and beans, heat over low heat.
Saute onions and garlic till transparent, stir in chiles.
Put this mixture into pot with broth, add cubed chicken.
Stir in spices, heat until starts to bubble, simmer a few minutes. Serve.
