12 oz white fish filet, such as Cod, Grouper, Snapper, Flounder
1 fresh lemon, halved and seeds removed
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4C mayonnaise
2T butter, quartered
paprika
parsley, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Place filet in oven proof baking dish.

Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon over fish, or
more if desired.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Spread mayonnaise on top of the fish and cut
a T of butter into quarters and place on top of
mayonnaise.

Bake in 350F until fish is almost done, depending
on the thickness of the filet. Then set to broil
place baking dish on top rack and broil until the
mayonnaise begins to crisp and brown.

Garnish with minced parsley, scant amount of
paprika and lemon wedges.
