2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
2 T. oil
1 slightly beaten egg
1 c. cinnamon chips
2/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Grease or paper line 12 muffin cups
Combine baking mix, sugar, oil, egg, cinnamon chips and milk in a medium bowl just until moistened. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups.
Bake 15-18 minutes, or until muffin tops are browned. Cool slightly in the pan. Remove from pan. Serve warm with butter.
