1 medium head of cabbage
1 carrot
1 green pepper
1 tbsp. salt

SLAW SAUCE
1 cup Cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
SLAW up cabbage, add salt and let stand for 1 hour.
AFTER 1 hour squeeze liquid from cabbage, add carrot and green pepper into the cabbage and mix together.
WHILE cabbage is setting, cook the slaw sauce, BOIL at least one minute, pour this HOT over the drained cabbage mixture. Mix together.
FREEZE slaw in desired serving sizes.
SERVE cold.
