½ cup sour cream
2 tbsps. sugar
½ cup mayonnaise
1 ¼ tsps. salt
½ cup finely chopped sweet onion
½ cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
¾ tsps. Caraway seeds, crushed
¼ tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 cup coarsely shredded carrots
1 medium head green cabbage thinly sliced (about 8 cups)
1 small head red cabbage, thinly sliced (about 6 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the first nine ingredients in a large bowl.. Fold in cabbage and carrots until well coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
