3 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed
1 whole seedless orange, unpeeled
1 to 2 cups sugar to taste.

In food processor process the cranberries and orange until cranberries are finely ground. Remove from processor and put to a serving dish. Stir in sugar to taste. Chill at least 1 to 2 hours before serving. (Better second day and will keep under refrigeration about two weeks.) For milder relish, may add ½ cup chopped apple just before serving. Makes about 1 ½ cups.
